I have had the most amazing experience. After coming across MAISON de SABRÉ by chance I placed a last minute, time constraints, personalised items for a gift. I ordered late night on a Tuesday and with LJs outstanding, wonderful help my items were delivered on Thursday afternoon to Western Australia. Will be ordering again. Thanks so much for your customer service 😊

"Refuse to refund for lost Item"
I bought several products from this company: 2 iPhone cases, a computer case and a purse. The items that arrived were lovely. But after 1.5 months I still have not received the very expensive purse. I have emailed the company 5 times about the order and they refuse to provide a reimbursement or admit the order was lost in transit. They keep claiming that shipping issues are not their responsibility. Then whose responsibility is it? I would advise customers to avoid this brand. They claim to be a luxury company and their prices are luxury level but their customer service is absolutely terrible. If your very expensive item gets lost they will only waste your time and refuse to refund you.
"The first case I ordered was flawed"
The first case I ordered was flawed. They were able to replace it, in the wrong color, and the new one has now peeled within months of purchase. The phone has not been damaged/dropped, the case is just faulty. For the price, it’s not worth it.

I ordered a backpack from Maison de Sabre. The product arrived slightly damaged, but LJ was incredibly helpful in organising a replacement and ensuring that I was able to receive a product that met the standards of the company. Thank you to LJ for their fantastic support.

"Great customer service"
I have placed an order with Maison Sabre, however one of the items was missing from the parcel. I have contacted Customer Service and the support from Carmela was amazing. She managed to resolve my issue with no headache.

"THE WORST STAY AWAY"
Terrible quality, the gold print comes off the case the minute you get your package. You can find better quality at the gas station. I can’t believe this company actually tries to position themselves as a seller of “luxury goods”. Which is laughable… I’m shocked to see any good reviews and people saying customer service is good???? Very suspicious, I’m assuming these positive reviews are fake ones made by the company since anyone can write a review there. The fact that their website is only positive reviews is also a huge red flag. I really hope people see this review I am writing because there are so many better quality companies out there with better customer services or at the very least existent customer service and cheaper prices. I can’t stress enough how bad customer service and quality is. I emailed them FIVE times in regards to an issue with my order. I never got a single response from the company outside of a generic. “We will respond to you in 24 hours email.” Which they won’t. How is this company still in business? They are clearly in the business of manipulating what their products are on top of ghosting customers with issues. They are cheating and scamming people, shame on them. Stay far away!

"Bad quality product"
Very easy to order, nice instagram and website. I received my phone case and airpods case as a gift from my husband. Amazing looks but extremely poor quality. After 6 weeks the edges of my phone case were peeling away so it looked awfull.

"Worst phone case ever!!!"
This is the worst phone case I have ever bought. I cannot believe I spent $100 on this. Within weeks the personalisation had completely worn off, the edges are peeling away and it’s doing a horrible job of protecting my phone. I’d prefer a $30 Cygnett case.
