"Nice case, but the customs fee caught me off guard"
I ordered a phone case from Maison de Sabre and, from what I remember, the whole delivery went smoothly enough. The case looked pretty much like it did in the photos, and the quality felt good when it arrived.

The only thing that stuck with me was getting charged customs fees, which I wasn’t expecting. It made the total more than I had planned to spend, so while I’m still happy with the case, I do wish that had been made clearer at checkout.

"I’m actually really happy with this case..."
I’m actually really happy with this case! It fits my phone nicely, the buttons line up perfectly, and it doesn’t feel loose at all. One corner took a little extra push to get on, but once it was in place, it sat just fine. It looks great too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because it’s a bit tight when trying to take it off.

Got exactly what I ordered, and the color and initials were all correct. Nothing was mixed up or missing, which was a relief. I do wish it didn’t take quite so much effort to double-check everything, but overall I’m happy with it

I got this phone case as a gift for my sister and she was really happy with it. It looked super nice in person, and the Packaging was actually a nice touch too. Only thing is I wish the shipping had been a little faster, but Overall it was a solid buy.

"Initials came out perfect"
I ordered a phone case with my initials on it and I was a little nervous about how it would turn out. Like, sometimes the spacing can look weird or the letters come back slightly off, but no, it was exactly how I typed it. The personalisation looked really clean, the spacing was right, everything matched. Anyway, I’m really happy with it and the case looks great...

"Neat, but a little too simple"
When the box arrived, I was actually excited to open it. Everything looked tidy and well put together, so my first impression was good. But as I spent a little more time looking at it, I felt like something was missing. It was neat and clean, just a bit too plain overall for my taste.

I bought a phone case from Maison de Sabre the case itself is solid. It fits my phone well, the buttons are still easy to press, and it’s already survived a couple of small drops without any drama, which is basically all I wanted from it.

That said, the price is definitely higher than I’d like, and the delivery took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. I don’t love paying a premium and then sitting around waiting, but the case does feel good quality and it’s not bulky, so I’m still happy with it overall.

"Had to chase them to get it sorted"
They did eventually reply after a few days and fix the issue, but I had to follow up twice before anything actually happened. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it without me constantly chasing.

"Really nice case, just wish it didn’t arrive marked"
I got my case last month and overall I’m happy with it. The craftsmanship is really good, the stitching is clean, the leather feels sturdy, and the edges are finished nicely. My only issue is that it showed up with a tiny mark on it, which was a little annoying. It’s not a huge deal, but still, I wish it hadn’t arrived with a mark. For something brand new, that little mark was kind of disappointing. Other than that, it’s a solid case and I do like it.

They had most of what I was looking for in stock, which was a relief because I’m always a little worried I’ll get fooled by a site showing items that aren’t actually available. The only downside was that the color I really wanted had already sold out. Still, overall it was a decent experience.

The leather looks good and feels smooth, but it’s a little stiffer than I thought it would be. I was expecting something softer and more premium-feeling. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s holding up fine with no major issues, so that’s a plus. I did expect a faster response when I had a question, though. Overall, it’s not bad for the price, but I’m still kind of on the fence

"Nice Item, Annoying Shipping"
I ordered from Maison de Sabre and the item showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. The packaging was nice and nothing was damaged. The frustrating bit was the delivery. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea where the package was. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of annoying. I’d probably order again, but I do wish the shipping was a bit more reliable.
